VELORA does not provide medical treatment, accommodation or compensation payments. Those responsibilities belong to the program provider under its written agreement.
Understand your rights«You deserve attention, clarity and respect at every step.»
Support. Explain. Respect.

Learning about surrogacy does not commit you to taking part. Each next step needs your freely given consent.
Send an inquiry or contact us through WhatsApp to discuss the referral process.
We explain what information may be needed and what questions to ask the provider.
Receive the provider’s details and information about data sharing before giving separate consent to a referral.
The provider explains medical assessment, eligibility, accommodation, compensation and its contract. You decide whether to proceed.
An inquiry or referral does not enrol you in a program. Eligibility and participation are determined with the provider and qualified professionals.
Ask the provider about the address, room arrangements, other residents, transport and house rules. VELORA does not operate the accommodation.

Know who is responsible at each stage: VELORA handles recruitment and referrals; the provider handles the program.
Help with initial questions, information and referral coordination. VELORA does not replace clinical staff or emergency services.
The provider is responsible for explaining its clinic, care schedule, accommodation, emergency arrangements and payment obligations.
Ask the provider for verified medical contacts, emergency procedures and written responsibilities before joining.
An indicative provider compensation example of $23,000 USD. The provider sets and pays compensation; VELORA handles recruitment and referrals.
$18,000
Payable by the provider under its written agreement.
USD example only. Provider approval and written terms are required; VELORA does not make these payments.
Example calculation: $18,000 + ($300 × 3 + $500 × 3 + $700 × 3) + $300 + $200 = $23,000. Ask the provider to confirm amounts, payment dates, pregnancy duration, unsuccessful transfers, pregnancy loss, complications, insurance and covered costs in writing.
You need clear information, time to think and access to independent advice. These principles must be written into the arrangements and followed in practice.
You can ask questions and decline before entering an agreement. Your lawyer should explain your rights and any withdrawal procedure after signing.
Risks, conditions and alternatives should be explained clearly before you give consent.
You should be able to speak with your own doctor and lawyer about your interests and concerns.
Your information, personal space and freedom of movement matter. Medical advice alone does not authorize restrictions on your autonomy.
